Job Title: Personal Assistant / Client Intake Specialist for Holistic Health Practitioner $19 - 22 plus weekly incentives. Part-time and Full-time positions available.
We are actively seeking a highly organized and motivated individual, preferably with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience and bilingual proficiency, to join our holistic health practice as a Personal Assistant and Client Intake Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate support to both the practitioner and clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Intake and Assistance:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Conduct initial client intake interviews, collecting relevant health information, and maintaining confidentiality.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar for the holistic health practitioner.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure a tidy and well-organized workspace.
Transportation:
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ideally living 15 to 20 minutes from the work site, to assist with errands, client transport, and other related tasks.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the holistic health practitioner and clients, conveying information accurately and promptly.
Answer inquiries from clients regarding services, appointments, and general information.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
Attention to Detail:
Thorough and meticulous in maintaining accurate client records and handling administrative tasks.
Holistic Health Awareness:
Basic understanding or willingness to learn about holistic health practices.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant education or training is a plus.
Previous CNA experience is a strong plus, with a background in healthcare or customer service.
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Ideally, the candidate should live 15 to 20 minutes from the work site.
