Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and attentive Constant Observers (HHA/CNA) to join our healthcare team in Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar, FL. In this role, you will provide one-on-one observation and support for patients who require continuous monitoring to ensure their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide continuous observation and supervision to assigned patients.
Ensure patient safety by preventing falls, self-harm, or other risks.
Maintain a calm and reassuring presence for patients.
Report any changes in patient behavior or condition to nursing staff.
Assist with basic patient needs such as repositioning, hygiene, and comfort.
Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required).
Previous experience as a patient sitter, observer, or healthcare aide preferred.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
