DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable service of food and beverages.
Arrive on time in proper uniform, ready to work.
Accurately ring in all orders and handle transactions efficiently.
Stock and replenish stations; maintain polished silverware and glassware.
Assist guests with menu questions and have in-depth menu knowledge.
Deliver, place, and remove food correctly; maintain clean tables.
Pre-bus tables, help teammates, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Perform opening and closing duties, sanitize workstations, and prepare for the next shift.
Follow sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
Communicate issues to management in a timely manner.
Participate in continuing education and have full menu and service knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in English; able to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs.
Proficient use of a tray for food and drink service.
Update required certifications; legal work eligibility verified through E-Verify.
