Job Duties & Requirements
Ensure assigned station is stocked and ready for service prior to opening
Ensure work area is neat, clean and organized at all times
Ensure all dishes are prepared to recipe
Ensure all food items are labeled and dated when stored
Practice FIFO at all times
Ensure all HACCP are met
Complete knowledge of food offerings
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entire kitchen
Have attention to detail
Ensure waste is minimized and accounted for
Assist in support duties as necessary
Ability to meet deadlines
Punctual
Ability to work under pressure
A strong focus on helping the team create an experience for the guest
Effectively set and meet goals
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Act as a representative of the venue at all times
Ensure all health codes are adhered to
Servesafe (or equivalent) certified
