Hospitality Director

Determine demand for services offered by Company to its current and potential customers. Develop and organize events for international entertainers in the US, and Europe. Plan and calculate event budgets, communicate with partners re event scheduling and forthcoming supply and expenses. Monitor, control and supervise hotel bookings, air fare and transportation and event supply purchases. Organize arrival and departure procedures for artists. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities to market Company’s services. Fluent in English, and Russian. Flexible for frequent domestic and international travel. BS in Management, Logistic, Hospitality and Event Management or related fields, 2 yrs exp. req., 40 hrs/wk, M-Fri, 9am-6pm. Will pay prevailing wage.
