Requirements:
Experience: line cook in a full-service restaurant. Fine dining is a PLUS
Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide variety of cuisines
Schedule Flexibility: Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills: English proficiency, cooking techniques, and knife skills.
Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a passion for learning.
Workload: Capable of handling high production volume and working unsupervised.
