Scratch is a consumer packaged goods manufacturing company that is growing and looking for team members to join the company. We make food products that are packaged to be sold in stores.
We are looking for detail oriented team members to assist with packaging up our products and getting them ready for pick up. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Duties:
Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications
Packing food into pouches
Packing pouches into cases
Putting cases onto pallets
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies
General duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment
Cleaning up after yourself
Washing and sanitizing production surfaces and equipment
Cleaning and sanitation of worksite in compliance with company policies
Restocking and replenishing as appropriate
Performing general maintenance
Trash removal
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Filling in for other positions as needed
Performing general warehouse/production duties
Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing
Operate food production machinery and warehouse machinery
Requirements:
Ability to speak English.
Ability to stand, twist, push, pull, squat, and be seated the entire shift.
Able to work in fast pace environment.
Ability to take direction
Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
