High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 years high volume restaurant experience
3-5 Supervisor/Management Experience

Ability to work well within a team
Duties to include but not limited to…
Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
Supervise staff according to company guidelines and procedures
Ensure guest satisfaction; Communicate with customers addressing complaints and collecting feedback about their experience.
Maintain safety and food quality standards in accordance with health code specifications and company guidelines
Hire, train, schedule, assign duties and supervise staff
Monitor hospitality trends
Encourage employee teamwork and positive morale
Create specials and promotions and monitor their effectiveness
Understand industry practices and standards to run an efficient, up-to-code restaurant
Balance priorities and execute strong time management skills in a fast-paced work environment
