Responsibilities and Duties:
SMILE
Know and follow your schedule
Arrive on time to work on time appropriately dressed, and clock in.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Greet guests immediately as they enter the restaurant.
Always acknowledge the guests as they are leaving the restaurant
Making sure you answer the phone
Seat guests in the dining room.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas
Complete all opening, closing, and ongoing side duties
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
follow all food procedures
Closeout the register at the end of the day
Provide customer service and complaint resolution
