Job Title: Senior Tax AccountantJob DescriptionPrepare and review complex federal and state corporate tax returns. Prepare and review ASC 740 provision, deferred analysis, and related footnote disclosures. Assist in the preparation and review of the state of quarterly tax journal entries and account reconciliations. Evaluate tax assessments and exemptions. Assist with tax authority notices and/or audits as needed. Assist in the completion of relevant domestic tax filing obligations, filings related to government-required tax accounting disclosures. Assist in the gathering of data necessary for audits by governmental tax units, data used in the tax compliance process. Perform general research on tax issues. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Corptax, ProSystems, Axcess, and SAP software.Hard Skills
