Multi-Modality Technologist Full-Time In keeping with our commitment to expand the HSS brand, HSS offers an outstanding opportunity for experienced professionals at our outpatient clinic located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The new facility, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open later this year, will serve as the premier center of excellence for orthopedic surgery in the region. As part of a comprehensive initiative to deliver surgical and non-surgical care across multiple specialties, we will provide advanced imaging, a physician clinic, and rehabilitation and sports performance. The state-of-the art facility located in West Palm Beach, will span more than 50,000 square feet, and will reside in close proximity to the airport and major roads. Hospital for Special Surgery, #1 in Orthopedics for the last 12 years, is currently looking for an experienced and energetic Full Time Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) for our Wellington office specializing in fractures, trauma, arthroscopic surgery, and reconstructive surgery. QualificationsEDUCATION(Minimum education requirements.)

Graduate, Accredited School of Radiography (A.A.S)AND

Formal MRI Training

Bachelor’s degree preferred

JOB KNOWLEDGE(Minimum knowledge of position’s principles, techniques, practices and procedures, skills and prior experience required to perform the job. Includes: machinery, tools or equipment used; physical demands; unusual working conditions.)

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience

SKILLS(Oral and written communications; planning and organization; teamwork.)

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Experience with an EMR and computer data entry

Demonstrate competency in the use of diagnostic and MR imaging processes

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

Flexibility, persistence, and patience

Must be able to foster teamwork to accomplish projects

Medical and anatomical terminology and skills

Bilingual a plus

LICENSES(Professional licenses, certificates, affiliations required.)

Registered Technologist – ARRT, R.T. (R)

Advanced certification by ARRT (MR) preferred

FL license and registration of license at FL DOH
