HR Generalist

Description We are in search of a competent HR Generalist for our team situated in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the wholesale distribution industry, focusing on maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance, and managing benefits and onboarding procedures. Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of staff-related paperwork. Implement and maintain company policies and procedures. Handle matters related to employee relations and maintain a harmonious workplace environment. Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage benefits administration and conduct employee onboarding. Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks. Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various HR functions. Administer FMLA and other relevant employee benefits. Exhibit strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties. Must be bilingual, with proficiency in both Spanish and Creole.
