Join an elite team of moving sales professionals, in Fort Lauderdale. Our office overlooks Ftl intercoastal waterways and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Some of the responsibilities include:

1. Handling customer inquiries: Responding to phone calls, emails, and online chat messages from customers seeking information about moving services, quotes, and logistics.

2. Providing guidance and support: Assisting customers in understanding the moving process, explaining services offered, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

3. Coordinating logistics: Working closely with carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. This includes scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and providing updates to customers.

4. Resolving issues: Handling customer complaints, problems, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner. This may involve investigating issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company's database or CRM system.

7. Providing post-move support: Following up with customers after their move to ensure their satisfaction, address any post-move issues, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

8. Collaborating with team members: Working closely with other customer service representatives, sales teams, dispatchers, and operations personnel to ensure efficient communication and coordination throughout the moving process.
