Medical Customer Service Representative - 19 - 20/hourSummary:The CSR processes inbound orders from our referral sources and requests for assistance from our patients through a variety of mediums, including inbound and outbound client calls, faxes, and e-mails. The successful candidate must become proficient in the use of our enterprise system to enable the accurate processing of new patient orders and re-orders for existing patients. Position is fully in office, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm. Located in Dania Beach.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.At least 3 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound customer service center is strongly preferredCustomer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferredMust have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suiteJob Responsibilities, included but not limited to:Provide our clients with timely and accurate information and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction.Process telephone calls and triage problems in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies.Follow proper procedures for accurate and timely documentation of referral source or patient concerns, and most importantly, take appropriate corrective actionsPerform other duties as assignedPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk, ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
