```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Explain product features and answer any questions from customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
```Experience```
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with software and technology sales is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of market trends and sales techniques
As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products or services to potential customers over the phone. Your goal will be to confirm meetings, retain customers, maintain timely and professional communications and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy interacting with people, and have strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate with customers. Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
