We are currently looking for experienced, bi-lingual consumer loan collectors who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Skills and Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
Advanced written and verbal communication skills required. Position may require communication with customers via phone, email, text and chat.
Expert negotiation skills. Utilize negotiation skills and overcome objections to persuade customers to resolve delinquency on their auto loan.
Utilize and master multiple software solutions for loan management, payment processing, skip tracing and more.
Be a SAFCO Credit Builder! Educate customers on the benefits of building credit while utilizing tools and programs to help customers achieve their credit goals.
Identify, resolve and report problems to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while assisting the customer and creating account documentation.
Perform light skip tracing on delinquent accounts.
Perform other duties as required.
