Position Summary:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our daily administrative functions—supporting office management, coordinating communication, and assisting with purchasing, scheduling, and document control. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a hands-on manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with scheduling shipments, deliveries, and service appointments
Support HR and payroll documentation
Help coordinate meetings and prepare reports
Order and manage office and shop supplies
Serve as a point of contact between office staff, production teams, and customers
Qualifications:
Proven administrative or office assistant experience (manufacturing industry a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
