Position: Roofing Permit Tech
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and obtain permits for roofing projects.
Cross-train on obtaining permits for impact windows.
Liaise with customers and their Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to ensure smooth project approval.
Schedule installations and coordinate with customers to provide excellent service.

Qualifications:
Experience in obtaining permits for roofing and/or impact windows is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with customers, HOAs, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and permit processing software.
