Job Duties
Maintain front desk
Answer telephone, and direct calls
Greet and direct people entering the office
Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
Take and relay messages
Order, receive and maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform accounting and clerical functions
Calculate, prepare and issue accounting documents
Log and reconcile transactions
Prepare period or cost statements or reports
Compile and sort invoices and checks
Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
Assists users and accounting personnel
Send emails and communications
Education
Some college or technical school
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Completion of certified accounting courses a plus
Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred
Experience to include both public accounting and private industry a plus
Experience with investment companies a plus.
Qualification
Knowledge of customer service, administrative, and clerical procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with accounting concepts
Familiar with accounting software
Skill

Good computer skills
Problem solving/multitasking skills
Works well in a team
Spanish is a plus
Compensation
$43K-$45K Per Year
