R&D Regional Head Vero Beach

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Regional Head to lead our Crop Protection Field Development (CPFD) Vero Beach Research Center (VBRC). The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence while managing a high-performing team and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver impactful research and development outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the VBRC team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment while overseeing personnel development and operational budgets.Direct and ensure the delivery of high-quality CPFD trialing programs, producing conclusive results that contribute to the development and commercialization of new active ingredients and products.Establish and maintain strong partnerships with commercial colleagues to align research activities with business strategies and support sales initiatives.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at the VBRC, including effective oversight of facilities management and external partnerships.Contribute to the development and implementation of CPFD strategies, ensuring the VBRC plays a crucial role in the organization's research and development goals.
