CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a CFO - Chief Financial Officer in Vero Beach, Florida. This role primarily focuses on providing strategic financial advice, capital planning, and promoting a culture of accountability within a prominent consumer-facing brand. Responsibilities: Provide executive level mentorship and strategic financial advice to navigate changes within the consumer-facing industry Work on capital structuring and cash management to ensure financial stability Use accounting software systems to analyze financial statements and manage accounting functions Oversee cash flow analysis and budget processes to ensure optimal resource allocation Utilize CRM and business systems to manage technology shifts and marketing investments Develop long-term strategies for customer retention Provide insights on acquisitions strategy, digital strategy, investment strategy, and innovation strategy Use ADP - Financial Services and 3M for efficient financial management Contribute to strategy consulting and strategy management to drive company growth. Requirements Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO Proficiency in 3M Mastery of Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Business Systems Proficient use of CRM software Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions Expertise in Auditing Skilled in managing Budget Processes Experience in Capital Management Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis Ability to Analyze Financial Statements Experience in formulating Acquisitions Strategy Knowledge of Digital Strategy Proven track record in Long-term Strategy formulation Experience in Investment Strategy planning and execution Innovation strategy development skills Previous experience in Strategy Consulting Proven track record in Strategy Management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
