Description Robert Half is seeking a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper for a client based in Venice, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both Accounts Payable & Receivables and has processed biweekly payroll on QuickBooks Online. Must have QuickBooks Online experience
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
Proficiency with Excel and Quickbooks Online
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Experienced in accrual and cash basis of accounting
3 or more years of experience in the bookkeeping field
Experience with payroll
QuickBooks Online experience
bi-Monthly Payroll experience
Well-founded grasp of Full Charge Bookkeeping
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
General ledger experience
Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
Highly organized and self-motivated
