Under the direction of the Program Director, the EMDR Outpatient Therapist will provide specialized services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS’ policies. $45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license
Salary:
Full Time $64,000 - $72,000

Non-English language capacity

EMDR Therapist Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
EMDR Certification and at least 1 year of related EMDR experience
Clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (prior to start)
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
