Roles and Responsibilities: As a member of the Enterprise SharePoint Support team, the selected candidate will provide SharePoint user support for SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and M365. This position will focus primarily on migrations of sites to SharePoint Online (M365). Other responsibilities include site construction, user requests, and incident resolution. This role is instrumental in bringing the value of the SharePoint platform and customer success to the Enterprise. The candidate must be able to research, design, develop, and/or modify the enterprise-wide collaboration solutions. Additional capabilities include planning of system deployments, meeting software compliance standards, and evaluating operational requirements and customer needs.This position will be virtual and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (will consider additional experience in lieu of education i.e. Associate's Degree and at lease 4 years of relevant experience)
- At least 1 year of SharePoint site administration experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a support team and the team leads
- Excellent customer service skills
- More than 4 years of experience supporting SharePoint user needs
- Experience migrating SharePoint content
- Experience using ServiceNow
