Paralegal

Description We are in search of a diligent remote paralegal to join our workforce located in Trinity, Florida, United States. The paralegal will be expected to provide comprehensive legal services, manage client records with precision, and address client queries effectively. The role also involves monitoring client accounts and initiating necessary action.Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive legal services to clients Accurately manage and maintain client records Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries Monitor client accounts and take necessary action when requiredRequirements Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role is essential. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and principles is required. Demonstrable proficiency in legal research and documentation is necessary. Candidate should be proficient in the use of legal software and other relevant computer applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks is required. Candidate must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality legal services is necessary. Familiarity with court procedures and protocols will be advantageous. Candidate must possess a detail-oriented demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. A willingness to continually update knowledge of laws and legal practices is necessary.
