Part Time Maintenance

Small Hotel/Apartment Complex seeks part time skilled maintenance person two days per week. There could be more days available for special projects. Position includes but is not limited to, pressure cleaning, light carpentry, paint restoration and finishing, small plumbing repairs, window AC replacement, general cleaning and housekeeping support when needed, door lock maintenance and replacement, ceiling fan replacement, smoke alarm maintenance and replacement, pointing out areas needing attention to Landscape Crew, Sprinkler Maintenance and other general repairs.
