Only experienced and responsible individual with own tools and reliable transportaion will be considered.
To start and to be completed in one day: Paint trim band in front of house, install a small window ac unit, install screen door hardware, and install screen material on one screen door by pool.
I provide all materials. There is much more paint and misc. work in the future.
Can be started on Thursday (27 June) at 9am and must be completed by 5pm.
