Seeking experienced individual for nice beachside maintenance service route. Must be proficient with all hand-held maintenance equipment. Drivers licence, reliable transportation and prior experience working on maintenance crews a must. Must be good at landscape maintenance and do quality work and be a quality person. No smokers, vapors, cell- phone addicts or drugs. Must be able to do hard physical work in the FL weather. Great pay and work environment if willing to do the hard-work.
