H & J Contracting, Inc. is looking to hire a full Grading Crew. Will need a Working Grading Foreman and a full crew.
Grading Foreman:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with grading equipment and as foreman. Must have clean driver’s license and clean background.
Responsibilities:
Dirt/site development experience
Heavy Equipment use and knowledge
Ability to read grade and plans
Strong people-skills for dealing with subcontractors and all points of contact
Capable of managing a staff or work independently
Safe working habits and experience with Tool-box Talks
Availability for weekend work
Working knowledge of grading with GPS
. Able to lift a minimum of 50 plus pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.
