I am a Florida (CBC) Certified Building Contractor willing to qualify experienced contractors for residential or commercial projects in Palm Beach / St Lucie County & Indian River Counties.
You must carry your liability insurance and workman's comp or exemption. Experienced and responsible contractors only! You must also run your own permits, I will sign off.
Qualifying fee is: $7,000.00 per month (unlimited projects) or $2,500.00 per project.
This includes ground up construction up to 4 stories in any FL County.
This will allow you unlimited income/ profit potential for projects that may require permits. Perfect for experienced tradesmen that has years of experience but no CBC license. Now is your chance to make unlimited income!
