We are currently seeking an experienced salesManager to join our team!
Youwill be responsible for overseeing anddeveloping a team of skilled sales staff.
St. Forts Fort pierce location is also expanding to offer event hosting. There is room for growth and limitless potential for the right motivated individual.
Responsibilities:
Build a strong sales team of 2 or more.
Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Working from home or presenting to client families in the field, the sales manager is a self-starter expected to achieve their target by selling pre-need arrangements and services.
Lead Generation
Consistently networks and builds relationships to generate recommendations for gaining referrals for both at-need cemetery arrangements and pre-need arrangements.
Holds self-accountable for prospecting a minimum of 4 hours every day (if working 8 hours) such as approaching families face-to-face during events, door knocking or group seminars.
Obtains referrals from families served by the location by following up through visits with families after the service
Should already have strong networks, community and civic relationships.
Remains flexible with schedule to achieve results; often works nights and weekends
Build Relationships with Families
Qualifications:
5 years plus experience as a supervisor or manager
Strong leadership qualities
Strong sales background
Insurance sales background a plus
Current state issued driver's license
Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
Ability to work beyond "standard" hours as the need arises
High-level of integrity
Creative, outgoing and energetic
Comfortable presenting in front of others
Desire to help others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Potential earning: $56,299.00 - $72,302.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
