For Immediate Hire: Production/Office Assistant

If you are interested in learning more, here is what we need to see from you:
- Documented experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to create and manipulate EXCEL spreadsheets.
- Ability to coordinate with our customers and internal departments by maintaining and creating Daily/Weekly productions schedules.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be answering phones and greeting customers.
- Positive Attitude.

- Guaranteed 40 Hour work week (overtime as needed)
- Office Hours: Mon – Thurs … 7am to 5:30pm)
