Office Helper / Secretary needed for busy HVAC office. Full time & Part time available. Duties include answering phones, making appointments, dispatching, A/R & A/P, warranty parts, and filing. We do residential and commercial work on the treasure coast for 23 year. Must have good customer service skills, work well with others, and can work a computer. QuickBooks, Excel, and Google.
