The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a fast learner, has excellent communication skills, has proper phone etiquette, is able to multi-task, can stay focused on the task at hand in a fast-paced environment, is punctual, and is a team player. Weekend availability is a must, Full and part time positions available for 2nd shift and overnight shifts, day shift available to candidates with dispatching experience from a previous tow company of similar size or previous law enforcement dispatching experience. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Taking calls from law enforcement, private citizens, and local/national accounts
Dispatching drivers and keeping track of trucks/drivers on calls from start to finish
Clocking drivers in and out for their shifts
Proofing and Logging Invoice
General/light paperwork & filing
Helpful Skills
Knowledge of Florida's Turnpike and I-95
