We are once again expanding to serve our clients needs. We are seeking an AP / AR person to add to our existing family. Do you have 5 or more years Construction Related Experience ?
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, AIA Documents, Schedule of Values, Project Tracking, Human Resources, etc.
With plenty of Room for Growth.
Must be familiar/experienced with Quickbooks, MS Office, Word, Excel.
Candidate must be self-motivated and possess strong organizational, administrative and communication skills. Must have the ability to establish priorities, work well under pressure, anticipate schedule demands and meet deadlines.
Position is Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm.
