This could also transition into a lucrative full time opportunity for the right person.

If you are someone who is looking to step outside of your comfort zone and into a highly independent and highly compensated position then I want to hear from you. You will work independently a majority of the time which means you will set your own schedule. My job is to create an environment where you choose to come to work everyday because you truly enjoy what you do, so yes you control your schedule and do not need permission to take time off for anything.

This position will consist of:
Building rapport and trust with customers to understand their needs.
Building a robust lead pipeline and conducting phone/and or email follow ups.
Driving customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and outstanding service.
Educating customers on our services and assisting the customers in qualifying for our programs.
Achieving and exceeding targets and goals, both professional and personal.
Experience in a sales position will help, but this position is a great opportunity for anyone that considers themselves to be a “people person”. If you’ve “never met a stranger” and love making people smile while saving them money then this position would be a good fit for you. Great opportunity for those with experience in the service and waitstaff industry that want to try their hand in a more lucrative field.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of Integrity.
Great persuasion and negotiation skills.
Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required.
Bilingual is a plus.
Average Compensation plan:
1 week rotations.
1st conversion of the week: $250
2nd conversion of the week: $300
3rd conversion of the week: $350
Each additional conversion in the same week: $500
Restarts every Monday. (Yes, you could tailor your schedule to increase your earnings any given week.)
If you are consistently maintaining strong numbers we will renegotiate the compensation plan early. The longer you commit yourself the easier this job will be. You may start out slow and realistically only have 2 or 3 conversions per week which is still great compensation for what is involved, but as you build your skills and reach your goals there is truly no limit.
