Established Treasure Coast Plaintiff's personal injury firm is currently accepting applications for Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 3-5 years of personal injury law experience (all facets from client intake to preparation of settlement statement). Must have the ability to meet new clients, open new personal injury case files and preparing initial letters, ongoing communication with clients, requesting medical records and bills from health providers, and perform other standard office clerical duties. Candidate must have excellent organized bookkeeping skills, knowledgeable in use of legal case management software, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Suite. Also, candidate must possess a pleasant and professional demeanor, ability to work independently under the supervision of attorney and as a team. Must be a non-smoker with reliable attendance.
