Maintenance / Handyman

Looking for a dependable all around maintenance / Handyman type individual for the purpose of maintaining our clubhouse and recreation facilities as well as some remodeling projects within the community, should be able to do minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry. landscaping and irrigation should be your specialty, you should be experienced with pressure cleaning, must be clean, precise and efficient, will need to be a self starter and able to work independently to turn over projects in a timely matter, applicant will need to have own transportation to get from job to job within the community.
