Landscape Foreman – Full Time
Bridge Landscape, Inc. in Hobe Sound currently has an opening for a Full-Time Landscape Foreman. Candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience in the Landscape and Gardening Industry. We offer competitive pay in line with industry standards, plus the opportunity to earn overtime.
Requirements:
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have excellent attendance (this is a team effort, and we depend on you).
Work well with management and other team members.
Be self-motivated.
Have a positive attitude and professional manner.
Be able to give directions as well as follow directions.
Be respectful of the clients and their residence.
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Be able to pass the required background check.
Be able to work occasional late hours and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Management of Crew- Set up crew on daily schedule, order crew supplies & tools, oversee training & new hires.
Administrative duties- Weekly schedule, daily worksheet information, maintaining records, etc.
