Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities are basic maintenance of a home
Experience in basic drywall, paint REQUIRED
Experience in hanging, mounting wall items, replace bathroom exhaust fans, replacing door knobs
Experience in basic plumbing a plus
Experience in basic electrical a plus
$25/ hour
