Job Opportunity: Estate Services Technician (30–40 hours/week)

Schedule: Full-time | 30–40 hours per week
We are a private company providing high-quality maintenance and support services to private estate homes. We are currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Estate Services Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
General exterior cleaning and upkeep of estate homes
Garage organization and cleaning
Car and golf cart cleaning and basic maintenance
Leaf blowing and debris removal
Pool netting and surface skimming
Gutter cleaning and pressure washing
Window washing using Tucker brush system & standand hand tools
Installation of storm shutters and/or storm preparation
Moving, cleaning, and arranging patio furniture
Application of appropriate chemicals and tools for exterior surface cleaning
Basic handyman tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, adjusting doors, windows, locks, and jambs)
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic English communication skills
Experience with hand tools, pressure washers, and ladders preferred
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions

Attention to detail and safety
Strong work ethic & absolute discretion and privacy
Willingness to learn and work with other house staff
