- Call scheduled appointments with clients on time.

- Review analytics on clients google business profile and dashboard.

- Provide suggestions and tips to improve their online visibility.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information.

-Call clients who have missed their appointment and reschedule them as soon as possible.

Skills:

- Knowledge about google analytics is wanted but not required.

- Strong communication skills.

- Proficient in using computers.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Note: This job description is for a Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager. The primary responsibilities revolve around taking scheduled calls with existing clients, going over their profile and dashboard, providing them up to date analytics and suggestions based off their online visibility. Along with listed responsibilities, other tasks will vary, this position is centered around client retention. Strong communication skills, phone system proficiency, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
