ECM has an immediate opening for an experienced Logistics Manager.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
Provide support to our Field Technicians by tracking and monitoring their daily productivity
Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technicians
Data entry code out of time/parts used by techs
Reschedule calls must be professional and pleasant to our customers
Minimum of 5-10 years high volume dispatch/scheduling/customer service experience required
Must be able to work Monday - Friday between hours 7am-7pm and rotating Saturdays Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure
Knowledge of local tri-county geographical area
Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills
Ability to sit for long periods of time as this position requires data entry
A/C, Plumbing and Appliance background is a PLUS
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 Yearly Salary
