The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance productivity. The role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and messages.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare necessary documents.
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
Liaise with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
Assist with special projects and event planning.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional irregular hours.
