Small Fort Pierce Accounting and Tax firm is seeking an accounting associate with Bookkeeping and Payroll Processing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
-Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts
-Meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
-Run reports with the ability to analyze and correct if needed
Qualifications:
-100% in office position
-Must have QuickBooks Desktop experience, QuickBooks Online experience a plus
-Federal Tax return preparation utilizing ProSeries a plus
-Intermediate knowledge of Excel
-Communication with clients in person and by telephone in a professional manner
Compensation:
-Hourly rate based on experience
-Full time 8 hour M-F work week thru tax season, M-Th for remainder of year
