Location: Tampa, FL Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Assurance
MUST BE A AND WORK ON JUDGES W2Review Customer Journey mapping, User Stories, and Use Cases to understand the end-user requirements to validate both online functionality and supporting business processes operate as specified. Define and drive program/product test strategy in production-like environments Solicit information from SMEs and stakeholders from across functional groups to identify the critical dependencies and end to end processes involved with User Acceptance Testing Identify data, access, authentication needed for performing User Acceptance Testing. Identify and document the UAT process with industry best practices and drives adoption within the business test teams. Works with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to log, verify, track and resolve product issues during UAT Identifies risks and challenges early and ensures that mitigation measures are put in place to minimize issues during UAT Execute test scripts and document defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet the expected result. Escalate product issue and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution Communicate with senior management to understand needs, communicate status,Drive root cause analysis for business testing gaps and implement solutions to prevent a recurrence What We Are Looking For: Requires 4+ or more years of user acceptance or quality assurance testing experience or equivalent product experience in the Payments industry 4+ years experience in building or testing solutions with modern technology stacks, including API, Mobile SDKs, RESTful Web services, Microservices, Public cloud, etc. 2+ years of work experience with Point of Sales, mPOS, or Card Terminals Work experience with Test automation tools like Selenium, Zephyr, HP ALM, or equivalent Knowledge or experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google suite is preferredWork experience with Postman, XCode/Android Studio, Jira preferred. Prior experience with mobile app testing on iOS or Android platforms is a PLUS. Experience with QA or User Acceptance Testing in SDLC or product team is a MUST. Ability to analyze business requirements for functional, non-functional, testability, and completeness Excellent attention to detail, ability to analyze requirements, raise questions and seek clarifications required for testing. Experience with collection, documentation, and archival of all required testing artifacts per controls/audit requirements. Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile product methodologies, experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task & handle multiple test assignments Willing and able to step up to take on additional responsibilities with an open mind Ability to work in a rapid pace Agile environmentContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
