## Overview
We are seeking a Repossession Car Spotter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves locating and identifying vehicles for repossession.
## Duties
- Drive to designated locations to spot and identify vehicles for repossession
- Utilize automotive repair knowledge to identify vehicle makes and models
- Communicate effectively with the repossession team to coordinate vehicle pickups
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and calmly
## Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair or related field is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot specific vehicle details
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 + Commission on every car you find ($25 for the cars that already exist in our maps, $35 for the live hit)
