Landscapes Crew leader

Job Summary:Hogan Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to oversee and lead a team of crew members in performing high-quality landscape installation and maintenance services. This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience in landscape work. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on residential and commercial job sites.Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and instructions.Oversee and participate in tasks such as:Planting trees, shrubs, and flowersSod installationMulchingGrading and soil preparationInstallation of edging, pavers, or retaining wallsPruning, mowing, trimming, and weedingEnsure job sites are completed efficiently, safely, and to Hogan Landscapes’ quality standards.Coordinate daily logistics: crew assignments, equipment, and materials.Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and other teams as needed.Maintain proper use and care of tools, vehicles, and equipment.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in landscaping, with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.Knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance practices.Ability to read site plans and perform layout measurements.Excellent communication and team leadership skills.Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordMust be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.Preferred Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusBasic mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and machineryCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesOpportunities for advancementTraining and certification assistanceTeam-focused work environment Apply now in 2 minutes!
