As a Carrier Sales person, you will be challenged to recruit Truckload Carriers to haul shipments for our existing Customers. You will research our most popular lanes and then identify TL Carriers that regularly operate on those lanes. You will build relationships with these Carriers, negotiate fair pricing and capacity that satisfies our Customer needs.
A successful candidate for this position will have two to three years of experience in the freight brokerage industry, have existing Carrier relationships, have excellent negotiation and organizational skills, and work in a proactive and goal-oriented fashion.
This position offers a base salary, along with monthly and quarterly bonus packages, as well as comprehensive healthcare and a 401 (k) retirement plan.
