Job Description:
As a Walk-In Bathtub Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by installing walk-in bathtubs and showers in their homes. You will be responsible for all aspects of the installation process, from initial preparation to final testing and cleanup. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to customer service will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers' homes to perform installations of walk-in bathtubs and showers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of installation sites to determine the best approach and ensure compatibility with our products.
- Prepare installation areas by removing existing fixtures, making necessary adjustments to plumbing and electrical systems, and ensuring proper structural support.
- Install walk-in bathtubs and showers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards, including plumbing, sealing, and securing all components.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to the customer's home.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, as well as plumbing and electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and diagrams accurately.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
